About the Role

This key position plays a pivotal role in supporting customers by delivering skilled resources in a timely manner and collaborating with the Pre-Sales function to address RFQs and drive in-contract growth.

  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition to track open roles, review CVs, conduct interviews, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Facilitate onboarding, initial training, customer access, and screening, supported by the WFM Operations team.
  • Contribute to pipeline development for high-priority roles with critical turnover rates.
  • Support the team in award and pay classifications, pricing activities, and determining sell rates for customers.
  • Identify opportunities for skill development and career planning within the team.
  • Develop succession and redundancy plans for critical roles and single points of failure.
  • Cultivate career development conversations with team members.
  • Foster staff engagement through newsletters, site visits, and social interactions.
  • Maintain compliance training and other administrative requirements up-to-date.
  • Provide support for RFQ and bid responses as needed.
  • Collaborate in Staff Augmentation development within the organization and engage stakeholders from Customer Service, Sales, Finance, HR, and other departments.
Requirements
  • A degree in Human Resources and experience in IT Recruitment is advantageous.
  • Understanding of Awards and RFQ experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with Defence and Government resources and stakeholders is essential.
  • Prior experience in Recruitment or People Management is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in Pre-Sales or Bid Responses is highly valued.
  • The ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance is necessary.
  • Business Development Management and In-Growth Account Management are crucial for success in this role.
