Financial Services Officer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Officer to support both financial and administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, monthly reporting, and budgeting to inform business decisions.
  • Support the preparation and submission of tax documentation, guaranteeing timely compliance.
  • Generate customer statements and manage debt collection, fostering positive relationships with clients.
  • Submit sales invoices through customer portals as required, streamlining the billing process.
  • Provide administrative support to operations and finance teams, enhancing productivity and effectiveness.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and manage office and stock inventory, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers to resolve account-related queries, resolving issues efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Quick Books or MYOB (essential).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and self-motivated, with a commitment to excellence.
  • Proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin/Cantonese is desirable.
