**Responsibilities**:

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Prepare invoices, process payments, and reconcile accounts
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis
- Maintain filing systems and ensure files are up to date and accurate
- Provide administrative support as required

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn new software
- Ability to work in a team environment
