Job Role

The Program Service Planner position offers the opportunity to provide administrative support to teams managing delivery of services.

Working with customers, you will support their independence and enable them to continue living in their own homes.

Liaising directly with customers, care coordinators, and provider partners, you will coordinate service delivery, respond to feedback, maintain schedules, and accurate customer records.

This role is ideal for applicants with a background in customer service, administration, scheduling, or direct care seeking a career in community care business support or coordination.

The successful candidate will require a satisfactory police clearance.
