Administrative Support Specialist
Job Description:The primary function of this role is to provide administrative support to a buying team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and responding to store queries in a timely manner, as well as providing administrative support to the buying team, including creating and processing orders within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Store Queries: Respond promptly to inquiries from stores, ensuring that all queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Support Buying Team: Provide administrative assistance to the buying team, including data entry, order processing, and other related tasks.
- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH STORES AND AGENTS: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Drakes stores and agents within the Produce Market.
- Collaborate with Buyers: Work closely with buyers to update internal order systems and purchasing databases.
