
Administrative Support Specialist

The role of the Administrative Support Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of our Pharmacy Administration section.
Working under the direction of the Office Manager, this individual will provide professional and confidential administrative services to support day-to-day operations.
This dynamic role involves providing timely and accurate secretarial support, from data entry and invoice processing to preparing working documents.
You will be responsible for ensuring staff have access to the tools and information required to deliver high-quality services.
As a collaborative team member, you will bring your organisational skills and positive approach to contribute to an efficient and supportive pharmacy environment.

We are seeking a motivated and organised professional with strong administrative skills and a proven ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
- Key Requirements Include:
- Proven administrative experience, with strong clerical, computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and operate efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on client-oriented service.
- Knowledge of office procedures, Microsoft Office applications, and understanding of Work Health & Safety and Quality Management principles.
