Responsibilities:

  • Manage core functions of Goldmine, including data upload and user management.
  • Collaborate with staff and customers to ensure system information and data accuracy.
  • Configure and coordinate master data updates to meet business requirements.
  • Manage business and customer communications related to changes.

Requirements:

  • Strong SQL database and scripting language skills are essential.
  • Microsoft Dynamics Ax2009, 2012, D365 F&O experience is mandatory.
  • A degree in Computing, Business, or related disciplines is necessary.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in mid to large size organisation working as Business Analyst is required.

  • Excellent written, speaking, and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with technical and business staff.
  • Being systematic, structured, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to conduct and direct research into IT issues and products as required.
