Senior Infrastructure Specialist Role

The position of Senior Infrastructure Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and continuous availability of services across our extensive network.

This is a hands-on, self-motivated position that requires an individual who can work independently while consistently upholding the core values of excellence and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage and maintain systems and services within the infrastructure support team's remit.
  • Collaborate with technical leads to design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Coordinate project execution and provide technical expertise on core infrastructure, including cloud platforms, Microsoft 365, and identity access management systems.
  • Develop training programs for junior team members and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Deliver regular system reports to infrastructure managers and adhere to established policies and procedures.
