Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure and Systems Manager to join our Technical Services team.

This role requires someone with excellent technical capabilities working with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, MS SQL and MS Azure.

You will be responsible for providing in-house end-user support, workstation configuration & IT support, maintaining IT systems & procedures according to ISO 27001 Information Security Management System standards, collaborating with Managed Service Providers to support on-premise & cloud infrastructure, presenting technology roadmaps & IT budgets to management, supporting IT infrastructure & data center, including VMware, LANs, WANs, Azure, network & security, backup & storage, intranets, SFTP & other communication systems, auditing backups, reviewing logs, & supporting recovery plans to decrease system failure risk.

The ideal candidate will have a skilled IT background, excellent communication skills (verbal & written English), experience as a team lead in IT database, infrastructure, security, or network technology, relevant tertiary qualifications (preferred: Bachelors in Information Technology, Infrastructure Network & Systems Administration with Cyber Security focus), strong time management & organizational skills, with attention to detail, broad technical background: Vmware, Windows Server, MS Azure, MS SQL Server, Windows desktop OS, MS SCCM, MS Office 365, IIS/SSL, intermediate networking knowledge: LAN, WAN, WLAN, experience in routing, switching & firewalls (WatchGuard and Cisco), ability to provide Level 1 & 2 IT support and manage budgets, knowledge of ISO 27001 (highly desirable), the ability to write professional documentation.
