Technical Architect Position

We are looking for a technical expert to join our team as a Customer Solutions Architect. This individual will be responsible for serving as the senior-most technical advisor for our most strategic and technically complex customers.

This role requires strong technical skills, with the ability to engage with customers at various levels of their infrastructure and provide tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a post-sales environment, where they can leverage their technical expertise to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as a trusted advisor to key enterprise customers, providing technical guidance and strategic recommendations to support their business goals and success with our solutions.
  • Leading architectural discussions and design sessions to ensure the optimal application of our offerings in customer environments.
  • Diagnosing complex technical issues and delivering effective solutions in collaboration with the support and product teams.
  • Representing us at industry conferences, webinars, and customer events, sharing insights and best practices with a broad audience.
  • Writing in-depth knowledge articles, white papers, and best practice guides to support customers and internal teams.
  • Acting as an industry thought leader by identifying emerging trends and developing relevant strategies to address them.

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong technical skills and experience in cloud computing, network optimization, security, and scalability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers at all levels.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction through technical expertise.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a post-sales environment.
  • Ability to stay current with industry trends and evolving technologies.
