We are currently seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to bridge the technical gap between client accounts and internal teams.

Your Role

You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding clients through complex integrations, product adoption, and solution design while collaborating closely with internal teams to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact, addressing challenges and ensuring alignment between customer goals and internal capabilities.
  • Work closely with sales and customer success teams to translate client requirements into actionable technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable architectures and oversee seamless solution implementation.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions, thoroughly assess system gaps, and develop customized integration strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Hands-on technical experience.
  • Hands-on project experience in a SaaS environment at scale.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, fostering positive relationships and contributing to a strong company culture.
