Next Gen Clubs is a dynamic organisation offering an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, able to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for visitors to the club, they will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for members and guests.

We are seeking someone with a minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar role, who can demonstrate a courteous and friendly manner, exceptional personal presentation, and an interest in the health and fitness industry. The successful applicant will be adaptable, flexible, and able to think on their feet, with high-level customer relations skills and the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to members and guests
  • Managing front desk operations, including reception duties and member services
  • Handling inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, and contributing to the development of new procedures and processes
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve overall service delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months' experience in a similar role
  • Courteous and friendly manner, with excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional personal presentation, with a passion for delivering 5-star customer service
  • Interest in the health and fitness industry, with a desire to continuously learn and grow
  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to think on their feet
  • High-level customer relations skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and internal staff
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, with strong problem-solving and time management skills

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
