
Claims Management and Financial Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Management and Financial Services Specialist to join our team. This role will play a key part in the effective management of claims within the Australian Public Service.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of financial recovery programs to identify opportunities for cost savings and improve claims processing efficiency.
- Contribute to the administration and processing of claims transactions, including accounts payable and weekly incapacity benefits.
- Reconcile financial information across various sources, identifying anomalies and addressing them within legislative and policy frameworks.
- Develop and implement financial recovery programs where opportunities are identified, including overpayments and third-party recoveries.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve key performance indicators for the Financial and Client Services team.

- Education and Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Finance or related field.
