Job Description

The Claims Administration and Income Support team plays a vital role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of claims management services.

This team is responsible for all aspects of claim income support, including assessment, assurance, payment, and recoveries. They also manage claim registration, information capture, and invoice processing.

The key function of this team is operating the Claims Contact Centre, which receives, triages, and handles incoming business-related telephone calls.

The Director, Claims Administration and Income Support leads a multi-disciplinary service delivery team within Claims Operations. The team focuses on financial calculations and administrative transactional activities related to claims management.

The role involves leading continuous improvement initiatives and developing and implementing them into business operations. This ensures that the team delivers high-quality services that enhance health and return-to-work outcomes for clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong leadership skills

  • A deep understanding of finance and administration
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, compensation, business, or management
