Financial Services Specialist

The role of a Financial Services Specialist involves supporting claims management by performing financial and client-facing services.

Key responsibilities include calculation and transactional processing of accounts payable and weekly incapacity benefits, registration of new claims, administrative tasks, payment processing, and accurate receipting and recording of records.

The successful candidate will contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators for the team.

Key requirements:

  • Desirable: Experience working in a public sector context.

Eligibility and Conditions:

  • Character clearance (Australian Criminal History Check).
  • Employee Health Declaration.
  • Probationary period for new engagements.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance.

Additional Information:

  • Flexible working arrangements apply to this role with a minimum 2-day required attendance at the office.
  • Incumbents may be required to participate in programs to support mental wellbeing.
