Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to drive business growth and success across the region.

The successful candidate will join our Senior Leadership Team with the accountability of delivering on the following key objectives:

  • Develop, lead and motivate high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and business outcomes.
  • Coach leaders to enhance customer conversations, ensuring customer needs are met while promoting growth and success.
  • Champion initiatives that improve the customer journey and eliminate pain points across channels.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and risk awareness, ensuring compliance and championing a customer-first mindset.
  • Drive business performance by developing strategic plans and leveraging key relationships across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have proven success in a sales leadership role with evidence of lending growth, winning market share and leading an engaged team. They will also have a deep understanding of business lending, strong strategic thinking and execution skills, and a passion for recruiting and developing a high performing team.
