We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Regional Delivery Lead. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for growth and development in a dynamic organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our growth plan for AI Business Solutions, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to optimize business outcomes and drive key initiatives. With a strong understanding of the AI Business Solutions portfolio, this individual will identify key drivers to enhance customer value and align closely with internal teams to ensure rapid adoption and deployment.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the AI Business Solutions portfolio and experience in strategy, management consulting, or finance.
Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the AI Business Solutions portfolio and its impact on customer priorities and objectives.
- Synthesize insights to determine best practices and adjustments needed, working closely with internal teams to scale quickly into other areas.
- Communicate and advocate strategy and insights to senior business leaders, conveying viewpoints through simple and consistent frameworks.
- Show command of the overall AI Business Solutions Portfolio, with a focus on AI Workforce, and understand key levers for growth.
- Role model 'best team' culture, leading work with optimism, clarity, and empathy, and driving results while continuously learning.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 8+ years strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, economics, and/or partner organization experience.
- OR Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 2+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience.
- OR equivalent experience (e.g., scaling a business, management consulting).
- Previously have experience as a Business Architect, Product Marketing or Customer facing role.
