Job Opportunity
  • You will be responsible for driving business growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences across your region.
  • As a leader you will have the opportunity to shape the future of Lovisa by building strong teams and implementing effective strategies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct impactful store visits, evaluate performance and motivate Regional Managers and store teams.
  • Lead security excellence by implementing best practices for shrinkage reduction.
  • Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract passionate and customer-focused team members.
  • Manage all stores within your state ensuring they meet Lovisa's high standards and achieve growth targets.
Requirements
  • At least five+ years of management experience in retail or customer/sales-focused industries.
  • Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of sites in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Experience and commitment to continual improvement.
  • Flexibility to travel interstate and internationally as required.
