Job Description

This role will be responsible for leading and expanding our regional post-sales team, including Customer Support, Customer Success, and Professional services. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing cross-functional teams to deliver top-line recurring revenue in a fast-paced SaaS company.

The successful candidate will own the Customer Success, Support, Services and Renewals functions, driving revenue growth and adoption of our technology. They will work closely with our sales and product teams to identify opportunities and develop strategies to expand our presence in the region.
