This full-time contract position will be based in our Parramatta office, with flexibility to work from home. The successful candidate will provide high-quality support and intervention to workers and employers who have lodged psychological injury claims caused by alleged bullying and harassment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve workplace conflict resulting in psychological injury claims using mediation and communication skills with stakeholders
  • Facilitate early access to treatment and required services to support timely recovery and return to work
  • Collaboratively develop and action early intervention plans to achieve key objectives
  • Work effectively with case managers, technical and injury management specialists, and team leaders to support claims management
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders through video conferencing, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings

About You:

  • Experience or qualifications in mediation, facilitated workplace discussions, or conflict resolution
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems by taking action consistent with information gathered from different sources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across various mediums
  • Ability to build productive relationships and meet stakeholder needs
