Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Parramatta NSW. As a key member of our occupational rehabilitation sector, you will be responsible for providing expert care and support to clients with various conditions, both physical and psychological.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Case management and caseloads are manageable, allowing for effective administration support from Rehabilitation Assistants;
  • Apply your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes through collaborative efforts with employers, employees, medical professionals, and allied healthcare providers;
  • Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs tailored to individual client needs;
  • Deliver cutting-edge virtual reality pain education programs, such as Re-thinking Recovery, to enhance client outcomes;
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments;

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology, registered with ESSA, and SIRA accreditation;
  • Previous experience working in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry is highly regarded;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on empathy and compassion;
  • Fabulous time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively;
  • A valid NSW Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance is mandatory;
