Government Bid Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Government Bid Manager to join our team at Herron Todd White.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing the end-to-end process of government tenders, bids, and procurement submissions. This involves strong coordination skills with high-quality writing to deliver accurate, compliant, and persuasive proposals on time.

This is a senior-level position that requires extensive experience in tender writing, bid coordination, or grants, with a proven track record of success.

The Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing government tender portals from start to finish
  • Interpreting requirements and preparing tailored bids for relevant opportunities
  • Writing, editing, and formatting high-quality responses to tenders, EOIs, and proposals
  • Maintaining tender registers, submission schedules, and a library of templates and collateral
  • Driving continuous improvement across tender processes, systems, and tools
