Job Title: Tender Presentation Specialist

The successful Tender Presentation Specialist will be responsible for creating and presenting high-quality tender packs, including pricing, plans, inclusions, and site-specific details. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a key member of the pre-construction department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and present tender packs to clients in a professional and engaging manner
  • Collaborate with sales, drafting, estimating, and contract teams to ensure all tender documents are accurate and complete
  • Conduct client-facing tender appointments, clearly explaining inclusions, upgrade options, and pricing breakdowns
  • Manage updates to tenders in line with design changes, promotions, or pricing adjustments
  • Maintain version control and documentation accuracy using internal CRM and workflow systems

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Tender Presenter, Pre-Construction Coordinator, or in a similar client-facing construction role
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, house plans, and standard inclusions
  • Confident and professional communication skills for client presentations
  • High attention to detail and strong time management skills
