About the Role:

Are you an experienced Project Manager seeking a challenging, strategic position that utilizes your technical expertise to shape winning projects?

You will oversee the entire project cycle – from identifying opportunities through to successful tender submission.

  • Prepare bids, tenders, and EOI submissions for Sydney Water and Infrastructure projects
  • Develop detailed project methodologies, staging plans, and risk assessments
  • Liaise with design consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders during the tender process
  • Review and refine bid documentation to ensure compliance and competitiveness
  • Support value engineering initiatives to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions
  • Contribute to pre-award client presentations and negotiations
  • Manage bid timelines, deliverables and review gates to ensure on-time submission

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer or similar within water or civil infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive bid responses
  • Ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Commercial acumen and a solutions-focused mindset
