As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in creating a workplace where people feel supported, engaged, and empowered to thrive.
Our ideal candidate will be involved in every stage of the employee lifecycle, providing expert HR support to managers and employees while driving initiatives that foster a positive and high-performing culture.
The Human Resources Generalist will administer HR policies, processes, and systems to support the employee lifecycle, provide guidance and advice on HR matters, and coordinate learning & development initiatives to upskill our workforce.
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR data is also an essential aspect of this role. You will support employee relations, including investigations & workplace issue resolution, and partner with the broader HR team to continuously improve HR practices.
Requirements- 2–5 years' experience as an HR Generalist (or similar HR role)
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws & HR best practice
- Confident in investigations, performance management, warnings & terminations
- Proficiency in HRIS & Microsoft Office Suite
- HR or related tertiary qualification (ideal)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data & trends
- Change management and/or project management experience (desirable)
- A proactive, can-do attitude and passion for people
