Branch Operations Manager Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Branch Operations Manager to lead our Brisbane team in the Woolloongabba office. As a key operational leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial sustainability of the branch, driving sales and account management planning, developing a positive branch culture, and creating an environment where compliance becomes a way of working.

The successful candidate will have experience managing a branch that provides services directly to NDIS participants and possess strong leadership capabilities, commercial awareness, and financial management skills. You will also need a driving licence and be able to motivate and maintain a positive culture within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure appropriate oversight and active management of all branch financial indicators
  • Lead and drive sales and account management planning and execution
  • Develop and lead a positive branch culture
  • Create an environment where compliance with internal policies and procedures becomes a way of working
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience managing a branch that provides services directly to NDIS participants
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Financial capabilities – strong commercial awareness and experience in managing a P&L
  • Driving Licence
