About the role

As the Branch Operations Manager – In Home Care, during this 6 months Maternity Leave role, you will be the key operational leader for the Brisbane team in our Woolloongabba office, reporting directly to the QLD Regional Manager. The main responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring oversight and active management of all branch financial indicators to ensure long-term sustainability.
  2. Leading and executing sales and account management planning.
  3. Developing and fostering a positive branch culture to improve staff well-being and attract new talent.
  4. Creating an environment that adheres to all internal policies and procedures.
  5. Ensuring candidate supply (Support Workers) meets demand, with candidates possessing the right qualifications, skills, and experience to meet participant needs.
About you

The primary requirement is an NDIS Support Services background, with experience managing a branch providing services directly to NDIS participants. Experience with NDIS participants and SIL (Supported Independent Living) is advantageous. Additional requirements include:

  1. Strong leadership skills, with prior experience managing a branch and motivating staff.
  2. Financial acumen, including experience managing a P&L.
  3. Valid Driving Licence.
