We're looking for an amazing Branch Supervisor to help drive growth within Bargain Car Rentals Australia.

About the Role :

You will use your proven leadership experience to empower your team to 'be a small part of our customer's great day, not a big part of their bad day.'

The role primarily supports the day-to-day operations of the Depot, requiring a hands-on approach to get the job done.

We're seeking someone eager to grow and develop their leadership skills in line with our business expansion. Previous experience in a leadership role within the industry is advantageous.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • Goal-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve results
  • Experience in a leadership position, preferably in the rental car industry
  • Comfortable working independently with support from management and head office
  • Sociable with an engaging personality
  • Appreciates policies & procedures but can think on their feet for win / win outcomes
  • Self-initiating, ownership-driven, and encourages team ownership
  • Willing to work across a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for leading a high-performing team
