Job Title: Strategic Workforce Operations Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head our workforce operations in QLD, Australia. As the Head of Workforce Operations, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver seamless workforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in MSP, staffing, HR, or procurement, with strong leadership skills in managing service level agreements (SLAs) & key performance indicators (KPIs).

You will have expertise in VMS (SAP Fieldglass preferred), workforce solutions, & vendor optimisation, and be able to drive process improvements and implement cutting-edge workforce strategies.

  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver seamless workforce operations

  • Harness data & analytics to enhance reporting, billing, and strategic decision-making
