Job Title: Frontline Rostering Officer

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining rosters for several of our sites. This is a key role in ensuring that our disability support services run efficiently and effectively.

You will work closely with Service Managers to optimize workforce planning and cost-effectiveness. Your excellent organizational and time management skills, combined with your ability to build trust and confidence with stakeholders, will ensure that you excel in this position.

This role is based at our South Brisbane office and requires onsite work on Monday to Friday. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality results, we encourage you to apply.
