Operational Workforce Planning Manager

Working within a multi-disciplinary team, the Workforce Planning Unit delivers high-level support services to operational service delivery.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage the Workforce Planning Unit to deliver efficient workforce planning and rostering services.
- Develop operationally focused business improvement practices to enhance workforce planning and coordination.
- Contribute to regional strategic and operational plans by providing high-level workforce planning advice.
- Undertake quality data analysis and reporting to contribute to QAS operational performance indicators.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Detailed knowledge of contemporary workforce planning issues in complex operational environments.
- Expertise in database management, report generation, and resource planning programs.
- Conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret financial and trend data.
- Leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proven ability to contribute to strategic planning and policy development.
This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to the delivery of high-level services to operational service delivery.

Job RequirementsThe successful candidate will have a deep understanding of workforce planning principles and practices, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
