As the Head of Workforce Operations – QLD, you'll be at the forefront of:
  • Leading a high-performing MSP team to deliver seamless workforce operations.
  • Driving strategic insights & innovation to modernize program management.
  • Ensuring flawless execution of staffing solutions, supplier management & compliance.
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to optimise workforce performance & planning.
  • Harnessing data & analytics to enhance reporting, billing, and strategic decision-making.
  • Shaping the future of our workforce programs through continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of experience, with 5+ years in MSP, Staffing, HR, or Procurement.
  • Strong leadership in managing service level agreements (SLAs) & key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Expertise in VMS (SAP Fieldglass preferred), workforce solutions, & vendor optimisation.
  • Ability to drive process improvements and implement cutting-edge workforce strategies.
  • A leader who fosters collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
