As the Head of Workforce Operations – QLD, you'll be at the forefront of:- Leading a high-performing MSP team to deliver seamless workforce operations.
- Driving strategic insights & innovation to modernize program management.
- Ensuring flawless execution of staffing solutions, supplier management & compliance.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to optimise workforce performance & planning.
- Harnessing data & analytics to enhance reporting, billing, and strategic decision-making.
- Shaping the future of our workforce programs through continuous improvement.
- 10+ years of experience, with 5+ years in MSP, Staffing, HR, or Procurement.
- Strong leadership in managing service level agreements (SLAs) & key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Expertise in VMS (SAP Fieldglass preferred), workforce solutions, & vendor optimisation.
- Ability to drive process improvements and implement cutting-edge workforce strategies.
- A leader who fosters collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
- A leadership role in a global, industry-leading workforce solutions provider.
