The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Business Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our growth leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our business growth strategy and operational execution to scale our business efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive user acquisition, expansion, and retention.
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives in partnership with product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to inform our growth strategy.
  • Design and oversee pilot programs to test new ideas and lead the execution of new pilots from ideation to commercialization.
  • Develop the go-to-market strategies for successfully incubated products and manage the transition from pilot phase to full-scale operations.
  • Oversee the implementation of operational processes that support the Growth model, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Identify and address operational bottlenecks, optimizing processes to enhance user experience and business outcomes.
  • Utilize data analytics to track key metrics such as user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs that align with the Growth strategy, providing insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership, highlighting opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in growth, strategy, or business operations within a SaaS or technology-driven environment, with at least 2 years in a people management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing growth strategies in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex, data-driven projects.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Strong leadership skills, along with an optimistic, energetic, and persistent approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
