Job Title: Inventory Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the Sofitel luxury brand by delivering exceptional service standards to all guests.
  • Ensure accurate documentation for goods entering and leaving stores, verifying quantities and quality against invoices and purchase orders.
  • Conduct monthly stock counts of inventory in stores and update details in the Inventory System.
  • Secure deliveries as per HACCP and OH&S Standards.
  • Distribute goods promptly to sub-stores or user departments.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, arrangement, and proper storage of goods.
  • Authorize and account for returned goods to suppliers.
  • Adhere to purchasing procedures outlined in the department's policies manual.

This role requires strong communication skills, 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, and a guest-focused attitude. The successful candidate must hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate and have a forklift license or be willing to obtain one.
