
Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our Buying team in an entry level role. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for managing domestic and international purchase orders, reviewing inventory across all warehouses, depots and e-commerce sites, and planning and forecasting sales plans and open-to-buys.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and experience in inventory management, procurement and supply chain logistics.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, purchases and sales
- Coordinate and execute purchasing activities, including raising and managing domestic and international purchase orders
- Review and analyse inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Work collaboratively with suppliers, depots, warehouse and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless inventory management
- Provide administrative support to the Buyer and Assistant Buyer as required
Education/Training: Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Supply Chain or related field
Knowledge / Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure, AS400 knowledge preferred
