Job Title: Rehabilitation Professional

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Professional to join our team, supporting ADF personnel who have sustained physical and psychological injuries.

This role focuses on recovery and function, enabling clients to return to work and their daily lives. Our team delivers exceptional services across personal injury and occupational health.

  • A holistic care approach will be taken, working within a multidisciplinary team to support the client's journey from rehabilitation to healing.
  • Functional capacity evaluations, worksite assessments, ergonomic assessments, and activities of daily living assessments will be performed depending on clinical expertise.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders including employees, medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals is essential.
  • Rehabilitation plans will be developed, implemented, and monitored based on service delivery outcomes.

Enjoying regular hours, Monday to Thursday, 7:30am – 3:30pm, at RAAF Darwin.

Direct interaction and extensive onboarding will be provided, building technical knowledge and expertise.
