Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and case management services to support clients in their recovery journey
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to help clients achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless client care

Requirements:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Eligibility for full registration or membership with relevant professional bodies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
