
Rehabilitation Consultant – Workplace Health Professional

This role involves providing holistic support to clients with workplace injuries and illnesses, helping them achieve great outcomes and return to work.
- The successful candidate will conduct assessments, develop rehabilitation plans, and provide ongoing support to ensure clients recover effectively.
- They will use award-winning psychosocial risk tools to identify and address key issues that impact a client's ability to work.
A key aspect of this role is working closely with clients, their employers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective collaboration.
The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical reasoning and strategic thinking skills, as well as excellent time management and organisational abilities.
They will have experience in conducting assessments, developing rehabilitation plans, and providing ongoing support to clients with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical and psychological capabilities
- Develop tailored rehabilitation plans to help clients recover and return to work
- Provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure clients meet their goals
- Collaborate with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and seamless service delivery

Requirements:
- Current unrestricted General Registration with AHPRA
- Experience in applying clinical reasoning and strategic thinking to support positive client outcomes
- Clinical experience in conducting assessments and developing rehabilitation plans
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
