Social Media Campaign Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Campaign Manager to lead the development and execution of social media strategies. This role involves managing end-to-end social campaigns, including planning, scoping, strategy, briefing, influencer sourcing, creative execution, reporting, and optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid and organic social media channels, as well as experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. They will also possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years' experience in social media management, delivering campaigns for B2C household-name brands
  • Proven track record in executing paid and organic social campaigns, from planning, briefing through to delivery
  • Strong understanding of paid social creative best practices across the funnel, with knowledge of key platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube)
  • Confident interpreting both paid and organic campaign results against social KPIs
  • Experience conducting social audits, including listening, competitor analysis, and identifying cultural trends and opportunities
  • Comfortable ideating social content independently or in collaboration with creatives
