Position Overview:

We are seeking an organised and forward-thinking creative to join our team As the Social Media & Content Creator, you will be responsible for scheduling and managing our social accounts. You will need knowledge of the beauty industry, preferably nails, but don't let this limit you as a passion for beauty is utmost important.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and voice across platforms.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting and scheduling of social media content.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Create, plan, and schedule content across all platforms.
  • Write compelling and engaging captions and copy that align with the brand's voice.
  • Track and analyse social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of content strategies.
  • Edit visuals using photo and video editing software to enhance quality and maintain brand consistency.
  • Create visually captivating email marketing campaigns (EDMs) that resonate with our target audience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing and social media content creation, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
  • Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing content.
  • Knowledge of current trends in social media, digital marketing, and influencer marketing.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity, innovation, and a passion for the beauty industry.

Candidates with interest and experience in the following will be prioritised:

  • Graphic design tools such as Canva or other similar software.
  • CapCut.
  • Photography & Editing.
  • Social Media Analytics.
  • Viral Content.
