Position Overview:
We are seeking an organised and forward-thinking creative to join our team As the Social Media & Content Creator, you will be responsible for scheduling and managing our social accounts. You will need knowledge of the beauty industry, preferably nails, but don't let this limit you as a passion for beauty is utmost important.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and voice across platforms.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting and scheduling of social media content.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create, plan, and schedule content across all platforms.
- Write compelling and engaging captions and copy that align with the brand's voice.
- Track and analyse social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of content strategies.
- Edit visuals using photo and video editing software to enhance quality and maintain brand consistency.
- Create visually captivating email marketing campaigns (EDMs) that resonate with our target audience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing and social media content creation, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing content.
- Knowledge of current trends in social media, digital marketing, and influencer marketing.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity, innovation, and a passion for the beauty industry.
Candidates with interest and experience in the following will be prioritised:
- Graphic design tools such as Canva or other similar software.
- CapCut.
- Photography & Editing.
- Social Media Analytics.
- Viral Content.
