We are seeking a Business Growth Strategist to join our team, responsible for driving growth and sales strategy across the Offshore and Remote sectors.
The ideal candidate will leverage expertise to identify and convert direct sales opportunities, nurture existing client relationships while tapping into new markets.
- Taking full ownership of new account sales, managing the entire sales process from prospect identification and pipeline management to proposal development, competitiveness, service agreements and closing negotiations.
- Crafting compelling proposals and ensuring a seamless transition from initial engagement to contract execution.
- Developing and qualifying new customer contacts consisting of decision makers and business influencers for various product and service offerings.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities with effective pursuit strategies to achieve annual sales targets, cultivating and nurturing customer relationships throughout the opportunity lifecycle, and forging strong relationships with senior and executive stakeholders to drive business success and achieve strategic objectives.
