We are seeking highly skilled sales professionals to join our team as a Senior Business Growth Specialist in the Middle Market sector. You will develop a robust pipeline of leads across various industry sectors, including Power, Energy & Utilities, Healthcare, Aged Care and Community Services, Mining, Real Estate, etc.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced sales producers to leverage their expertise and drive business growth through strategic partnerships and new business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned revenue targets for the Global & Corporate business segment.
- Focusing on the 'middle market' component of our target market - organisations generating revenue between circa. $75 million - $750 million.
- Establish a detailed 'universe' of potential clients through local market planning, research and collaboration with our team.
- Develop and maintain an active and accurate sales pipeline, sharing and coordinating external leads in a collaborative manner.
- Engage with potential clients through cold-calling, pro-active marketing, presentations, networking and any other methods that will generate qualified leads.
- Represent us within the business community by seeking and accepting appropriate opportunities to present our interests and perspectives.
- Participate and coordinate RFP / tender processes to maximise winning opportunities.
