Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities with architectural and design firms.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the A&D sector as well as end-user and corporate clients.
- Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions and exceed expectations.
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our extensive range of commercial furniture solutions.
- Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing teams to generate leads and maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and pipeline activities.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in a business development or account management role within commercial furniture or other architectural or interior product.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
- A self-starter attitude with drive and motivation to achieve targets, both individually and as part of the wider team.
- Proficient in using CRM systems to manage and track sales activities.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles in multinational companies.
- Qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is highly desirable.
