Key Responsibilities:- Providing technical support for Dynamics 365 CE and Portals
- Developing code to meet client needs
- Testing and analyzing systems to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with clients on-site in an agile sprint environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform - specifically Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and customer Portals
- Strong experience with customization, configuration, development in D365 (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Expertise in creating custom workflows, forms, reports and dashboards
- Knowledge of data integration and system integration using API's, RESTful services and other methods
- Understanding of agile sprints and methodologies
