Job Description

This role involves extensive stakeholder engagement and management, encompassing collaboration with technical architects, software specialists, and colleagues across all organisational levels to maintain the CRM system.

As a key member of the CRM support team, you will provide day-to-day support and administration of CRM, contributing to the delivery of enhancements.

You will leverage your knowledge of Dynamics CRM capabilities and insights into the bank's existing technology ecosystem to manage complex technical components, ensuring successful CRM support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the Dynamics support model, addressing system break-fix scenarios, minor enhancements, and preventative maintenance.
  • Collaborate with internal SMEs and external consultants to design current and future state technical architectures for CRM support.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of technical languages such as SQL, SSIS, SSRS, JavaScript, HTML, and .Net Frameworks.

You will work with various teams to coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), creating and owning test scripts, and ensuring CRM maintenance, build, and development aligns with the bank's governance and change management framework.

**Supporting CRM System:**

  • Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and collaborate with 3rd party vendors to resolve issues.

**Essential Requirements:**

  • Demonstrable experience working with Dynamics CRM systems.
  • CRM Support experience is essential.
  • Experience in governance principles around change management.
  • Ability to communicate strategic and technical concepts with clarity to stakeholders.
