Job Description:
The Energy Systems Technical Support Specialist plays a critical role in providing timely and accurate technical support for Industrial Energy Storage product lines.
This specialist ensures that customer inquiries are addressed efficiently, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide top-notch customer service by answering customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain high fleet availability through proactive monitoring and resolving issues before they impact the customer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues with battery systems.
- Educate installers and customers on optimal system operation to maximize performance and efficiency.
- Determine if a technical solution can be resolved remotely or if on-site service is required.
- Communicate customer concerns with relevant teams as necessary.
- Accurately record issues and data into a centralized database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Educate customers on optimal system operation and maintenance best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science).
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support or engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of energy storage systems and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
