Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate customer needs and work to resolve technical issues with our system.
  • Provide education and support to ensure optimal confidence in system operation.
  • Determine the best course of action to resolve technical issues, which may involve phone support or further diagnostics.
  • Communicate effectively with various teams.
  • Accurately record issues and data into our database.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably with a technical background.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Technical industry experience or background preferred.
  • Understanding of distributed generation and/or energy storage systems preferred.
