Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in leading the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experience.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and drive sales growth.

  • Ensure effective management of stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising.

  • Train and support other Store Managers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Friendly and approachable attitude with a can-do mindset.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead by example.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems and ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • Flexibility to work during peak periods, including school holidays.
