Leads Sales and Customer Service Team

We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead our dynamic sales team at Shoes & Sox Myer Miranda.

About the Role

This is a permanent, part-time opportunity to work 30 hours across a Tuesday to Saturday roster. As a leader in the store, you will motivate and inspire a passionate team of footwear enthusiasts to reach set KPIs and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate and mentor a diverse team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Closely monitor store sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure store presentation is immaculate through effective visual merchandising and loss prevention management
  • Demonstrate a duty of care by ensuring a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous retail/store leadership experience with a proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding KPIs
  • A warm and welcoming nature with a passion for creating memorable customer experiences
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
