Training and Enablement Specialist

The CX Enablement Manager plays a critical role in developing and executing a comprehensive enablement strategy that empowers Customer Experience (CX) teams, including Customer Success, Professional Services, and Customer Support.
This position requires a strong emphasis on training effectiveness, high-quality content development, business process mapping, stakeholder management, and change communications to ensure rapid onboarding, continuous skills development, and process improvements across onshore and offshore teams.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing the CX enablement strategy, developing comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training programs, creating engaging learning content, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
